1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl12 ("jl12," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl12.cam. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any service offered by jl12, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on the jl12 platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where jl12 identifies multiple accounts associated with the same person — whether by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or other identifier — jl12 reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently close such accounts and confiscate any balances held therein, subject to applicable regulatory procedures.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including:

• A valid and active email address that you own and regularly monitor;
• Your date of birth for age verification purposes;

You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change. jl12 is not responsible for any loss, delay in payment, or service interruption arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user. Account credentials — including username and password — are personal to you and must not be shared with or transferred to any other person.

4. Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jl12 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your account and to notify jl12 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized use.

jl12 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jl12 requesting your account password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

jl12 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where such access arose from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, or from your deliberate or negligent disclosure of credentials to a third party. All wagers and transactions executed through your jl12 account while your credentials are active are deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified jl12 of unauthorized access before such transactions were processed.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

jl12 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online banking, and USDT cryptocurrency transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change without prior notice, and jl12 shall not be liable for any inability to deposit arising from the temporary or permanent unavailability of a particular payment channel.

All deposits to your jl12 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per transaction and per payment method, as displayed at the time of deposit;
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees;
• jl12 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges;

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified players. Accounts that have not completed identity verification will not be permitted to process withdrawals until all required documentation has been submitted and approved by jl12's compliance team.

Withdrawals are subject to the following terms:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals;
• Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within twenty-four (24) hours of request submission, subject to jl12's standard business hours and compliance review;

All bonuses and promotions are governed by these general Terms as well as any specific bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion's terms;
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period;

7.2 Promotional Changes

8. Game Rules and Fairness

10. Responsible Gaming

jl12 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can develop into a harmful pattern of behavior. jl12 provides the following player-controlled tools through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately when being reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when being increased;
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration reminders and hard stop timers;

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jl12 platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jl12 platform without prior written consent from jl12.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl12 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jl12 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or force majeure events;
• Loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where jl12 was not at fault;
• Losses incurred as a result of reliance on information published on the platform that was subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Interruption to service arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl12's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection or gaming law. jl12's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

jl12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a charge-back or payment dispute from the player's payment provider;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority to restrict the account;
• Voluntary closure requested by the account holder.

Upon legitimate termination of an account, jl12 will return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the player's primary payment method after completion of any outstanding compliance review. jl12 shall have no obligation to return funds where account closure arises from confirmed fraud, money laundering, or a material breach of these Terms.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jl12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — jl12 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address associated with your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the jl12 platform.

The effective date of any amendment will be stated clearly in the updated Terms document. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using jl12 and may request account closure before the effective date without penalty.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl12, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jl12's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of notification, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures established by PAGCOR or seek resolution through the appropriate Philippine courts.

jl12's decisions on all gaming disputes are final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law. Players who disagree with a jl12 gaming decision may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR's Player Complaint Resolution process as provided under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
